Designing with one color field

A single hard color field forces honesty. There’s nowhere for soft cards or purple gradients to hide.

When the background is loud and flat, type becomes structure. Scale, weight, and crop do more than decoration ever could.

Rules that stuck

1. One composition per viewport on the home route.
2. Space accents only — stars as texture, not theme park.
3. Content pages keep the same field language so the site feels like one object.
